Glasgow Coma Scale Calculator

The Glasgow Coma Scale is a neurological scale that aims to measure the level of comatose of a patient. This is used by medical and healthcare professionals to assess the level of consciousness and symptoms of a patient suffering from traumatic brain injury.

There are several elements in the scale that covers eye, verbal and motor responses. The result will help physicians determine possible level of survival of a patient—mild, moderate disability, severe disability, vegetative state, persistent vegetative state, or brain death.
